Betting is a risky business, and hence, it is the responsibility of each member to make their own independent decisions when it comes to betting. We provide horse racing information, and we do not guarantee any financial gains to any individuals. Hence individuals cannot hold 5 Star Tipster responsible for any financial losses during your time with us.

4) Present results do not predict future results. If we normally hit 4 winners a day, there is no guarantee we will hit 4 winners tomorrow. Similarly, if we have a minimum of 1 win per day that does not mean we will hit at least 1 win per day in the future. We recommend certain bets, but we do not accept any liability if things do not go as planned. When you bet, you are taking sole responsibility of your actions.

8) Our service offers a progressive betting scheme. This is perfectly legal. However, you must be aware that a bookmaker may close your account if you keep making a constant profit.

9) All payments are final. No refunds are given under any circumstances. Special consideration may be given in ‘special conditions’.

10) Upon a membership being cancelled, your subscription is terminated immediately. We urge you not to cancel until the end of the month to use all of the month’s tips.

12) Members are billed by Paypal on a monthly subscription basis. Members can cancel this contract at anytime. If members undertake the free trial, they must cancel during the 7 day free trial period to avoid billing.
